The audience is already gathered
A festival or fixture delivers tens of thousands of the right people in one place.
Event marketing puts a brand inside a crowd somebody else has already gathered: a music festival, a parade, a sporting fixture, a convention, or a street fair. Food Truck Promotions is an event marketing agency that activates with vehicles we own, handles the vendor paperwork and the footprint with the organizer, and staffs the day with a crew briefed on the product and the capture mechanic, so the brand gets the crowd without having to build the event.

A festival or fixture delivers tens of thousands of the right people in one place.
A sponsorship, a cause, a category fit, or a product the crowd actually wants on the day.
A serving window in a festival crowd does in a day what a street corner does in a week.
The event provides the atmosphere, the vehicle provides the brand in every photo.
Event Marketing in Practice
For WorldPride 2019 in New York, Zara activated in the heart of the parade with a three-sided glass truck transformed into a 3D Pride flag made of 9,000 colorful water bottles, sponsored by JUST Water in a rainbow of flavors. Brand ambassadors in Zara apparel handed out free water on a hot summer day and invited the crowd to celebrate with the brand, and attendees took photos in front of the truck and shared them under #pridelove.

An event marketing agency places a brand inside an event somebody else is running, from sourcing and negotiating the spot to building the activation, handling vendor paperwork, staffing the day, and reporting the result. Food Truck Promotions does this with vehicles we own, which is why our event activations arrive built rather than assembled on site.
Music festivals, parades, sporting fixtures and tailgates, conventions, street fairs, and city-run events, anywhere a vehicle can be placed inside the footprint. We also run GameDay and campus events. If you have a sponsorship already, we activate within its terms. If you do not, we source the events where the brand fits.
Eight to twelve weeks for most events and longer for the largest festivals, which sell sponsor and vendor space months in advance. The organizer's calendar sets the date. If the event has a fixed date you already know, brief us as early as possible so the vendor agreement and permits can be secured.
Usually yes, within the organizer's rules, which dictate what can be sampled, whether sales are allowed, and which health and alcohol permits apply. Many events restrict categories that compete with their own sponsors. We confirm all of it with the organizer before the build is finalized so there are no surprises at the gate.
Servings or interactions, QR scans, sign-ups, redemptions, dwell time, social impressions, and earned media value, reported against the goal in the brief. A festival day produces high volumes, so we count at the window rather than estimate, and results are tracked in HubSpot alongside your other marketing.
