By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  • Company or brand name and job title
  • The contents of your message and any details you share about your project

  • Device and browser type, operating system, and language settings
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and referring or exit pages
  • Date and time of your visit and other log data
  • Unique identifiers associated with cookies and similar technologies

1.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as analytics and advertising providers, social media platforms, and partners who refer you to us. We may combine this with information we already hold.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support analytics and advertising. Cookies fall into a few categories:

  • Strictly necessary cookies that are required for the Site to function.
  • Analytics and performance cookies that help us understand how the Site is used.
  • Advertising and targeting cookies that help us and our partners deliver and measure relevant ads, including remarketing.

Where required by law, we request your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change or withdraw your choices at any time through our cookie consent banner [or by visiting our Cookie Settings link]. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.

  • Protect the security and integrity of the Site and prevent fraud or misuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and agreements

Where we rely on consent (for example, for certain marketing or non-essential cookies), you can withdraw it at any time. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object as described in Section 6.

4. Advertising, Analytics, and Remarketing

We work with third-party advertising and analytics providers that use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your activity on the Site and other sites over time. This supports analytics, ad delivery, and remarketing, which means you may see our ads after visiting the Site. The providers we use may include:

  • Google Analytics for Site analytics
  • Google Ads, including Google remarketing and conversion tracking
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel for ad delivery, conversion measurement, and remarketing
  • [HubSpot for forms, contact management, and related analytics]
  • [Add or remove providers to match the tools actually deployed on the Site]

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. You can learn more and opt out here:

Opting out stops interest-based ads from participating partners but does not stop all ads.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics, advertising, email, customer relationship management, and IT support, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
  • Advertising and analytics partners as described in Section 4. Depending on your jurisdiction, some of this activity may be considered “sharing” or “selling” for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain laws. You can opt out as described in Sections 4 and 6.
  • Legal and safety, where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of FTP, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Your rights depend on where you live. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

6.1 European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR and UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request erasure of your information
  • Restrict or object to our processing, including processing based on legitimate interests and direct marketing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, or with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

Our legal bases for processing include your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

6.2 California (CCPA and CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable

To opt out of sharing for behavioral advertising, adjust your choices in our cookie consent banner [or use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link] and use the partner opt-outs in Section 4. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.

6.3 Canada (PIPEDA)

If you are in Canada, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request correction, and to withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual limits. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada with concerns.

7. International Data Transfers

We are based in Canada and work with customers and service providers in the United States, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing information.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of sharing for behavioral advertising.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and, if changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
