College Tours & GameDay

College tours and GameDay activations put your brand on campus and outside the stadium, in front of an audience that ignores almost every other channel. We handle the campus approvals, the load-in windows, the build, and the crew.

The Hardest Audience to Reach Is Standing Right There

Students skip ads, split subscriptions, and trust almost nothing that interrupts them. A campus is the one place they are concentrated, on foot, and open to something in front of them, which makes in person the channel that still works.

GameDay Crowds Arrive Early and Stay

A tailgate is not a passing crowd. People turn up hours before kickoff with nothing to do but eat, drink, and look around. That is a long, unhurried window with your brand in the middle of it.

Students Do Your Sharing for You

This audience posts reflexively. Give them something worth filming and the activation travels well past the people who were actually there, reaching the rest of campus and every group chat attached to it.

Mobile Marketing Tours

A campus circuit is a tour with a different rulebook. The routing logic is the same, but academic calendars and campus approvals replace city permits and set the schedule for you.

Event Marketing

GameDay is event marketing with a tailgate attached. The crowd assembles itself, arrives early, and stays for hours, so the build only has to give them a reason to come over.

Pop-Up Cafes

Free coffee and a student are a reliable combination. It works all semester and it works hardest during finals, when a warm drink buys more goodwill than any giveaway.

Guerrilla Marketing

Campuses reward the unexpected. Dense, walkable, and full of people with time and phones, they are close to ideal terrain for a stunt, provided the approvals are in place first.

Mobile Pop-Up Shops

Merch and drops land hard on campus, especially around homecoming and rivalry weekends. A retail build turns campus enthusiasm into something students walk away wearing.

Mobile Showrooms

Useful when the product needs explaining rather than sampling. Tech, finance, and service brands use showrooms to demo to students who have time to actually listen.

Our Process

Concept Development

This audience spots marketing instantly, so the idea has to be worth their time on its own terms. We work out what students actually get out of stopping, whether that is something useful, something free, or something worth filming. Anything that only serves the brand gets walked past.

Location Selection

Campus is its own jurisdiction. Approvals run through the university rather than the city, every school has its own process, and many have exclusive vendor agreements that rule out certain categories entirely. On GameDay the tailgate lots and stadium perimeter are the ground worth having.

Customization

The build has to look like it belongs rather than like an ad that drove onto the quad. We fabricate for a crowd that leans on things, and for a schedule that has the vehicle open and closed several times a week across the circuit.

Execution

Load-in is the whole problem. Campuses give you narrow windows between classes, and on GameDay you are set up before the crowd arrives or you are not getting in at all. We staff with ambassadors close enough in age to have a real conversation.

College Tours & GameDay FAQs

A college marketing tour takes one branded build around a circuit of campuses across a semester. It suits brands trying to reach students at scale, and it runs on the academic calendar rather than the one you would choose, which shapes everything about the route.

A GameDay activation places a branded vehicle in the tailgate lots or around the stadium perimeter on a game day. The crowd arrives hours early, stays for the whole build-up, and is in exactly the mood to walk over and try something.

Through the university, not the city, and every school runs its own process. Some route through student affairs, some through athletics, some require a student organization to sponsor you. We handle it, and we know which campuses are realistic on your timeline.

September through November and February through April. Move-in week and homecoming are the two peaks, because everyone is outside and in a good mood. Finals and reading weeks are dead, and nothing your brand is doing is worth the calendar space during them.

In the tailgate lots and around the perimeter, yes. Inside the stadium is a different conversation, since that ground usually belongs to official sponsors. The lots are where the hours of dwell are anyway, and they are far less contested.

Fewer than most brands assume. Every stop needs its own approval and its own timeline, so eight well-chosen campuses beat twenty rushed ones. We start from where your customers actually are, then build the shortest route that reaches them properly.

Whatever fits through the gate. Campuses restrict vehicle access more than city streets do, so carts, E-Tuks, and vintage Citroens often reach places a truck cannot. GameDay is the reverse: the lots have space, and a bigger build reads across a parking field.

Yes. We staff with brand ambassadors briefed on the product, and on campus we aim for people close enough in age that the interaction is a conversation rather than a pitch. Students can tell the difference immediately, and it decides whether they stay.

Set one primary metric before the first stop and count it identically at every campus, whether that is samples, sign-ups, or app installs. Consistent counting is what makes the circuit comparable, and comparing campuses is how you decide where to go next year.

No, and it is worth saying plainly. Campuses are empty. If summer is your window, the audience is at festivals, beaches, and events instead, and a mobile marketing tour routed through those is the better use of the same build.
