Brand Activations in Miami
Food Truck Promotions is an experiential marketing agency running mobile pop-up brand activations in Miami, and this city rewards brands that understand its rhythm. We wrapped a food truck for HOKA at the Miami Marathon and fabricated the photo wall runners posed at after the finish. We turned our Chevy P10 into a beach-themed pop-up outside Ulta Beauty for Tree Hut’s Electric Beach launch. We brought the KAYALI Café down from New York, and TIRTIR’s glass truck rolled through on its world tour. Miami is not one market, it is a dozen: Wynwood’s warehouse blocks, the Design District’s flagships, Lincoln Road’s pedestrian traffic, Brickell’s weekday crowd, and South Beach, which behaves differently depending on the month. The calendar runs hot from November through April, and the locations worth having get claimed months out.
Experiential Marketing Services in Miami
Event Marketing
We build your brand into Miami’s event calendar and run the whole production, from securing the placement through fabrication, staffing, and execution, so you arrive to a crowd already assembled. HOKA brought us into the Miami Marathon, where we wrapped a food truck as an engagement hub and built the photo wall runners posed at after the finish. Art Basel in December, Ultra in late March, the Boat Show in February, and the Grand Prix in May all work the same way.
Experiential Vehicles
We match the vehicle to the market, and Miami gives us more room than almost anywhere we operate. Wide roads, real parking, and open lots mean any format fits, from a double-decker to a full food truck. Heat is the constraint instead, so from June through September we build for shade and airflow and lean toward cold product. For Tree Hut’s Electric Beach launch we converted our Chevy P10 into a beach-themed pop-up that matched the fragrance.
Guerrilla Marketing
We produce the unexpected activation and place it where Miami’s foot traffic actually concentrates, which is a shorter list than most cities. Lincoln Road is a pedestrian mall, one of the few places here where people are genuinely walking and unhurried. The blocks around the Wynwood Walls fill with camera phones already out. Ocean Drive, the Design District promenades, and Brickell City Centre each deliver a different crowd, and we handle the permitting for all of them.
Holiday Pop-Ups
We run seasonal activations here on an inverted playbook, because Miami’s Q4 looks nothing like the rest of the country’s. There are no cold-weather markets to work. December is when the weather turns perfect and high season begins, and Art Basel is the real Q4 moment, pulling collectors, brands, and press across Miami Beach and Wynwood in a single week. We build for shade, serve cold, and park where Basel traffic already flows.
Mobile Marketing Tours
We plan and produce multi-city tours, and Miami is usually where the brief changes. We brought the KAYALI Cafe down from New York with Colina, same build and same attention to detail, but Miami’s warmer, slower current needed a different pace. TIRTIR’s glass truck made Miami one of four stops alongside Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York. Inside the city, one build can work Wynwood, the Design District, and South Beach across a week.
Mobile Pop-Up Shops
We turn a vehicle into your storefront, and Miami’s retail is split across neighborhoods and islands in a way that suits one. Bal Harbour Shops and the Design District hold the luxury flagships, Lincoln Road and Aventura pull volume, Brickell City Centre catches the weekday crowd, and Wynwood draws the youngest customers. For Tree Hut we parked directly outside Ulta Beauty’s Miami store, trading branded gifts for purchases over fifteen dollars.
