Vehicle Wrap and Graphic Design

A vehicle wrap turns a blank canvas into an activation people notice from across the street. We handle full wraps, signage, wall wraps, and decals from design through installation, on trucks, carts, tuk tuks, Citroens, Airstreams, and glass trucks.

Experiential marketing partner for top brands:

Samsung logo in white capital letters on a blue oval background. DIOR in large, bold black serif letters on a light background. Calvin Klein logo in black sans-serif font on a light background, minimalist style. ULTA Beauty logo with ULTA in large letters, BEAUTY below, and a curved line underneath. A person in a wheelchair reaches up to place a book on a high library shelf, showing accessibility. Uber Eats logo with "Uber" in black and "Eats" in green on a light background.

Designed for a Moving Canvas

A vehicle is not a rectangle. Curves, panel seams, door lines, wheel arches, and window cutouts all interrupt artwork, and a design that looks right in a flat file can lose its logo to a hinge. We design to the actual template of the actual vehicle.

Readable at Speed and at Standstill

A wrap has two audiences: someone across the street who gets a second, and someone standing at the counter who gets a minute. The first needs one clear message at scale, the second rewards detail. Good wraps serve both without shouting.

Bring Your Own Artwork or Let Us Design It

If your team or your agency has the creative, we supply vehicle wrap templates and handle print and installation. If you would rather we take it from brand guidelines to installed wrap, we do that end to end.

Brand Activation Services

Mobile Marketing Tours

The wrap has to survive the road and still look new in the final city. Material choice and installation quality matter more on a tour than on a single activation.

Mobile Pop-Up Shops

The wrap is your storefront signage. It has to communicate what is being sold and that it is open, in the time someone takes to walk past.

Guerrilla Marketing

Here the wrap is often the entire stunt. A vehicle that reads as unexpected or out of place is doing the campaign work before anyone hands anything out.

Event Marketing

At a festival or conference you are competing with everything around you. The wrap is what pulls people out of the flow toward your footprint.

Holiday Pop-Ups

Seasonal wraps have a short life and a high bar. Themed design has to feel genuinely festive rather than a red and green version of your usual brand assets.

Our Process

Concept Development

We start from what the vehicle needs to communicate and to whom. A sampling truck, a retail pop-up, and a showroom each want a different visual hierarchy, so the wrap follows the activation goal rather than repeating your latest campaign key visual.

Location Selection

Where the vehicle will sit affects the design. Which side faces foot traffic, how close people stand, and whether the activation runs after dark all change what the wrap needs to do and how it is lit.

Customization

This is the core of the work: artwork built to the vehicle template, proofed, printed, and installed by our team. We handle full wraps, partial wraps, window graphics, wall wraps, signage, and decals, and we check colors on material rather than on screen.

Execution

Installation is scheduled around your activation dates, and we inspect the finished wrap before the vehicle goes to market. On tours we maintain and repair the wrap between cities so the last stop looks like the first.

Vehicle Wrap and Graphic Design FAQs

A vehicle wrap is printed adhesive vinyl applied to the surfaces of a vehicle, turning it into a branded environment. Wraps can be full or partial and are usually combined with window graphics, signage, and decals to complete the activation.

Yes. We provide vehicle wrap templates built to the specific vehicle so your team or agency can design to the correct dimensions and bleed. We then handle print, proofing, and installation, and flag anything in the file that will not survive the panel lines.

Design and approval typically run one to two weeks, with print and installation adding several days. Build in more time for a full wrap with custom fabrication, and more again for a tour, where multiple vehicles or spare panels may be produced.

No, when applied and removed correctly by an experienced installer. Wraps are designed to be a temporary layer. Improper removal is where damage happens, which is one reason installation and removal are worth keeping with the same team.

Trucks, box trucks, food carts, tuk tuks, Citroens, Airstreams, and glass trucks. Each has different usable surface area and different obstacles, which is why design starts from the specific vehicle rather than a generic outline.

Carefully, because the point of a glass truck is visibility. Branding is usually concentrated on framing, headers, and partial window graphics so the product inside stays the main display rather than being covered up.

We proof on the actual print material rather than approving on screen, because printed vinyl and a monitor render color differently. If you have strict brand color standards, tell us early and we match against them at proofing.

Well beyond a typical activation. For a short campaign the wrap is effectively new throughout. On a long tour, the variables are sun exposure, road debris, and washing, which is why we inspect and repair between markets.

Yes, and many brands do. A vehicle can be rewrapped for a new campaign or a new season. Plan the changeover time into the schedule, since the old wrap has to come off before the new one goes on.

The wrap covers the vehicle body itself. Signage covers everything added around it: A-frames, header boards, menu boards, banners, and counter graphics. Most activations use both, since the wrap draws people in and the signage tells them what to do.
