Custom Fabrication

Custom fabrication is what turns a wrapped vehicle into a brand environment people step inside. We build full interiors and exterior modifications in house, from checkout bars and seating lounges to life-size props and interactive photo moments, all from concept through installation.

If You Can Dream It, We Can Build It

A high-end beauty lounge, a tropical oasis inside a glass truck, a life-size product replica. The limit is usually physics and permits rather than imagination, and we will tell you early which one you are up against.

Built for the Street, Not the Studio

A fabricated environment has to survive transport, daily setup and teardown, weather, and hundreds of people touching it. We build for that from the start, because a beautiful build that cannot be loaded in by two people at 6am is a liability.

In-House Means Accountable

Design, fabrication, and installation sit with one team. There is no gap between what was rendered, what was quoted, and what arrives, and no vendor to blame when a detail is missed.

Brand Activation Services

Mobile Pop-Up Shops

Retail fabrication has the most moving parts. Fixtures, shelving, stock storage, and a working checkout all need to fit a footprint that still lets customers move through it.

Holiday Pop-Ups

The most fabrication-heavy format of the year. Themed set dressing, props, and photo moments are what separate a festive activation from a wrapped truck with tinsel.

Pop-Up Cafés

Service builds have technical requirements: counters at working height, equipment power draw, water access, and a queue that does not block the sidewalk.

Mobile Marketing Tours

A touring build has two extra jobs. It has to survive the road and open fast, because a vehicle that takes half a day to set up loses hours you needed at the fifth stop.

Our Process

Concept Development

Fabrication starts from what the customer is meant to do. The interaction dictates the layout, and the layout dictates the build, so we resolve the journey before drawing a single fixture.

Location Selection

The location sets the constraints. Ceiling height, footprint, power availability, and whether the build has to load in through a doorway all change what can be fabricated and how it comes apart.

Customization

This is the work. We produce fabrication drawings from the approved renderings, then build interiors, exterior modifications, counters, shelving, seating, props, and photo moments in house, checking finishes against the approved visuals as we go.

Execution

We install on site, run the activation, and maintain the build across its life. On tours that means repairs between markets, and at the end we handle strike, storage, or reuse for the next campaign.

Custom Fabrication FAQs

Custom fabrication is the construction of the physical brand environment inside and around an activation vehicle. It covers interior build-outs, exterior modifications, checkout bars, seating, shelving, life-size props, and interactive photo moments built specifically for one campaign.

A wrap is printed vinyl applied to the vehicle surface, so it changes how the vehicle looks. Fabrication changes what the vehicle is, building the working environment people step into and interact with. Most activations use both.

Typically four to eight weeks from approved renderings, depending on complexity. A counter and shelving package moves quickly. A full themed interior with custom props and interactive elements needs the longer end, and holiday builds should start eight to twelve weeks out.

Often yes, and it is worth designing for from the start. Modular elements, replaceable graphics, and neutral structural pieces let a build serve several campaigns with new dressing, which changes the economics considerably across a year.

More than most brands expect. Beauty lounges, bars, retail floors, demo stations, seating areas, product walls, and full themed environments have all been built into trucks, Airstreams, and glass trucks. Weight, power, and access are the real limits.

Yes. Fabrication accounts for the power draw of everything installed, whether that is refrigeration, coffee equipment, screens, or lighting, and we plan generator or shore power accordingly rather than discovering the shortfall on site.

Our team. Design, fabrication, and installation stay in house so the finished environment matches the approved renderings, and so there is one team accountable if something needs adjusting on the day.

It depends on the scope, the materials, and how much of the vehicle is being rebuilt. The concept stage is where cost is really decided, which is why we resolve the interaction and layout before producing drawings and quoting.

Yes. If you have an existing vehicle or trailer, we can design and build the interior environment for it, subject to a survey of the vehicle to confirm dimensions, weight capacity, and power.

Your choice. We can strike and dispose, store it for a future campaign, or refit it for the next activation. Storage and reuse are worth discussing at the concept stage, since a build designed to be reused is built differently.
